Observatory

The Obsevatory uses the latest and best in meteor tracking to locate incoming meteors and give warning to their approach. When working with the Meteor Defense Structure, the meteors can be obliterated with the HERC Beam. Unfortunatly, if the observatory is disabled, the MD will be unable to track and fire at meteors.
